London fashion week, graduates and their exposure

Just a brief note of what some of our graduates have been up to in London fashion week.

William Chambers Scottish accessory designer of the year

"I love supporting local talent. Being Scottish, theres an unusually grand sense of pride I feel when another Scot does well and with William Chambers there's no difference. He has been invited by the British Fashion Council to exhibit as part of Stephen Jones' 'Headonism' so today I took a jaunt into the showroom that was filled with hats on tripods. It is quite something. With a range of floral and geometric shapes on display, I could see a truly credible progression from his past work, without leaving behind his trademark elegance and poise. The only thing that I did question was the placement ofCharlie Le Mindu beside William Chambers - though, in a bizarre way I think they complimented each other."
